Do your prices include the supply of the garments?And, Are there any additional fees/Hidden cost?

Our prices are including the supply of the garments, setup & Art work.Unlike other companies, We doesn’t have any setup, upload costs or shirt-colour additional cost for your Clothing.

The price you see is the price you get. We don't have any hidden cost at all.

Are your garments good quality?

Yes, we stock Gildan brand 100% Cotton T-shirts. These are a 190gsm or above. Moreover, we provide homebrand T-shirts .Our Clothing quality is always good . It is because we have our quality control team in each procedures( we have factory in Mainland China).

What is your turnaround?

This depends on order quantity & what printing method is.

DTG printing is very quick and most orders are printed within 24 hours, then delivered next working day (Standard shipping : 30-40days/charge extra for Express Post). Screen printing does take longer so allow 7-10 days for this print method.

I have an idea for printing, but I don’t know how to design it. What can I do?

No worries! Our professional designer may give you a hand, we can provide artwork designing and redrawing services.Just sent us the written descriptions (with a photos/draft in any format) could be better.

This incurs an additional charge depending on the complexity of the job. Sometimes,it is free! We provided Free art work for bulk screen printing. For any design services, please contact us via Customteesaust@gmail.com for more information.

Do you have a showroom?

No, our orders are purely web/phone based. By keeping our overheads down we can in turn offer you the lowest prices possible.
Our sales manager may arrange a meeting with customers in Tasmania regional (Launceston, Hobart, Devonport) , in which samples and colour chart can be provided. It is a Free services but please contact us via email: Customteesaust@gmail.com .

Can we supply our own clothing for printing?

Unfortunately No. As all fabric type varies depending on brand etc, so does the print quality. We understand our clothing are best suited to the printing method so you can be assured of a high quality finished product.
